Delicate yet mysterious! This is the first-ever lot from a grove of young gesha trees, tended by Gabriel Munoz at Finca Los Alerces near San Agustin, Colombia. These beans were washed, milled on-site, then slowly dried under shade, developing flavors of cacao nibs and lip-smacking black currant.
