Whenever a customer asks for a tea recommendation, this Competition Style Baozhong is our go-to answer! Its sweet cream flavor is prominent, and it is absolutely b-b-b-bursting with floral aroma. This tea is categorized as "Competition style because it is made to win tea competitions." - @floatingleavestea. Yikes! Gotta love that confidence! It's certainly won our hearts!

The back of the label has a stripe of color that you can use to help you brew! Steep your leaves with water no hotter than the recommended maximum brew temperature and wait until the liquor matches the stripe of color on the label.
We like brewing this by full-steeping in a vessel where water can circulate freely like a spacious teapot. Careful on the brewing temperature, otherwise the flavor can shift from floral to vegetal if the leaves get cooked. After the initial steeps, try cold steeping the leaves overnight for some delicious cold-brew iced tea!
