8oz Wash-Process Beans from Ecuador

Regular price $15.00 Sale

You’ll be at a loss for words because your mouth too will be full of sweet flavors like brûléed sugar, cola, and floral lime! These beans are a combined lot from two farms, Finca El Guayacan and Las Aguacoras, both run by a husband and wife combo, Jose Fransico Jimenez and Berta Chamba. We're always excited to receive coffee from farms that have on-site processing facilities, and the quality and care in the green coffee are evident in the cup.

We love this coffee because it is instantly pleasing, but careful processing has brought a lot of clarity to the flavor while maintaining complexity. Kimhak is tasting lemon drop candy, while Eugenia tastes brûléed sugar and lime. Who will you agree with?! Or what other flavors will you find?
