From the importer, Royal Coffee:
This coffee is produced by Wondimu Unu on his 15-acre farm is located in the Gedeb district of the Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, Ethiopia. Wondimu has been cultivating coffee for 15 years but this is the first year that he has been able to sell his coffee as a micro-lot. Wondimu meticulously harvests ripe cherry and places them on raised drying beds in thin layers to dry for 18 to 21 days. Coffee is Wondimu main source of income that he uses to support his 8 children (4 boys and 4 girls).
