This coffee is sold out!
Holy Moly this one was a doozy! La Esmeralda has such a huge reputation in the specialty industry that we felt pressure to do it justice. I wanted to create a label that gave a sense of cosmic elegance because the flavor is out-of-this-world :P This coffee really had those classic gesha tasting notes of lime and flowers and black tea -- delicious! When we were first cupping it, I was transported back years to when I first tasted coffee from this estate, so I really wanted to capture the timeless beauty of this coffee. Floral Forever!
